Meet the trainers for HAUS Yoga Teacher Training

The HAUS is proud to have six of the most experienced yoga trainers in the Mid-South guiding the 2026 YTT. Together they bring decades of teaching experience and thousands of hours of practice.

Rachel west

Rachel has been teaching yoga since 2013. She is a 500 hour E-RYT/YACEP educator and is certified in power vinyasa, Hot 26, restorative and yin yoga practices. She is also trained in anatomical sequencing and adaptations, Hot Pilates, and BodyART fitness.

In 2018, Rachel opened mind/body HAUS with her business partner, Jocelyn Brunotte.

While she primarily taught public classes for over a decade, her true passion lies in working with private clients and training yoga teachers.

Rachel has over 2500 hours of experience in leading yoga teacher training. Her goal in training is to empower students to step out of their comfort zone and explore new possibilities.

Training yoga teachers has been one of the greatest experiences of her life. She is humbled and honored to join others on this journey of self-discovery, to hold space, to connect, and to joyfully witness others grow through the process.

Lead Trainer

Margaux bartosch

Since beginning her teaching journey in 2013, Margaux has been passionate

about helping students feel stronger, more empowered, and more connected in their bodies through movement. Rooted in hot power vinyasa, her classes blend intelligent alignment, healing-focused movement, and playful energy to create an experience that is both challenging and accessible.

With an emphasis on better movement patterns, mindful strength, and self-awareness, she encourages students to explore their edge while honoring their bodies. Her teaching style combines intensity with light heartedness, creating a space where students can sweat, grow, laugh, and move freely.

Known for bringing fun and authenticity into the hot room, Margaux believes yoga is not only about physical transformation, but also about empowerment, resilience, and feeling fully alive.

Jocelyn brunotte

Jocelyn has been teaching yoga since 2013 and is a 500 hour E-RYT yoga teacher with advanced study in restorative yoga.

Throughout her career, Jocelyn has taught various forms of dance, held multiple fitness certifications, and worked as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

She spent 7 years teaching in the NYC fitness industry before moving to Memphis and co-founding mind/body HAUS with Rachel West.

Jocelyn loves the beauty and sacred quiet that yoga brings to people’s lives, as well as the fun, connection, and joy that fitness and dance often create in group classes. In addition to teaching public classes and working privately with clients, she is deeply involved in the different HAUS training programs. She is passionate about mentoring future teachers and helping guide them as they discover their own unique voice and journey within movement.

JAMIE miller

Jamie is a 200 RYT certified yoga and meditation teacher, a mom of two, and a passionate creative. She believes in living life on purpose in every area, and that the best place to find intention is on your yoga mat.

A Tennessee native, and lover of aesthetics who is happiest guiding others through a yoga practice that inspires them to become their best selves on and off the mat. Jamie fell in love with yoga as a teenager practicing alongside her mom in several local Memphis studios. She found herself at a crossroad in her career in 2013 when she decided to take a leap of faith and complete her first Yoga Teacher Training with Grow Yoga School in Nashville. She has been leading students through various styles of yoga, including: vinyasa, yin, sculpt, and restorative, ever since.

Michele mallory

Michele Mallory has been teaching yoga in the Midsouth since 2013 and started practicing yoga around 2000 as a runner looking for hamstring and low back relief. Michele is passionate about studying and teaching anatomy and a common refrain from her students is that they “learn so much” just being in her classes.

Michele teaches that greater understanding of how our bodies are designed to move leads to intelligent teaching and self-empowerment for both student and teacher.

Tori Anito

Tori Anito is an E-RYT200 /RYT500 / YACEP educator and an international faculty member at Moksha Yoga Amazonica in the jungles of Peru. With a teaching path that has carried her from the banks of the Ganges to the Amazonian rainforest, she brings a global depth to our training, specializing in the intersection of Yogic Philosophy, Meditation, and the Subtle Body.

Tori guides trainees through the layers of the subtle self and the wisdom of ancient philosophy not as abstract concepts, but as lived tools for modern presence.

Through her mastery of sound and stillness, Tori offers a bridge between discipline and grace, helping the next generation of teachers find the medicine in their own unique voice through ancient teachings.
