We are a locally owned yoga and fitness boutique in the heart of Midtown Memphis. We offer heated and non-heated yoga classes as well as a variety of fitness classes, including Hot Pilates, Cardio Dance, Kettlebell and Flow, and Barre. Most of our weekly public classes are for all-levels, beginner through advanced, but we offer private and semi-private classes as well if you would like a more customized experience. Not only do we have daily classes with some of the most experienced teachers in Memphis, but we also have an incredible yoga teacher training program, ongoing workshops, retreats, and events throughout the year.

Public Classes
We have over 45 public classes each week on our schedule. Our classes are all-levels, we offer both heated and non-heated yoga as well as a variety of fitness classes including Hot Pilates, Cardio Dance, and Kettlebell Sculpt & Flow. Single classes are available for drop-ins as well as class packages and memberships. See pricing below.

There is a one time $15 set up fee for membership, to cancel we require a 30 day written notice to hausmembership@gmail.com
*We offer special pricing for students, yoga and fitness instructors, and active military. Students and military must have an ID. Yoga and fitness instructors must be on a current class schedule. All discounted memberships/drop-in have to be purchased in studio or by emailing mindbodyhaus@gmail.com.
$16 drop-ins and $110 monthly membership
Waitlist and Cancellation Policy:
If you cannot attend class, please make space for a fellow Haus client by cancelling TWO or MORE hours BEFORE CLASS BEGINS.
Clients who do not cancel within this window, or those who do not show for class will be subject to the HAUS late cancellation fees.
If you are on the waitlist for class, please pack your bags and plan to attend! The waitlist works and you will likely be added to the class roster, but you are not officially on the roster and enrolled in class until you receive an email or text. The waitlist closes 30 minutes before class. Please be sure to check your notification settings on your app or at the front desk if you are not receiving alerts.
Cancellation policies apply to clients who are moved from the waitlist into class.
Our HAUS is equipped with three studio spaces, a retail boutique, and three showers available for all students to use after class. (must provide your own shower towel)
Our large Studio A hosts 14 infrared heaters and holds up to 40 students.
Studio B features adjustable color LED lighting, infrared heaters and barre placements and can host heated or non-heated classes up to 30 students.
We also have a small studio that holds 10 students - perfect for small groups or private sessions. Each studio has floor length mirrors.
Rentals available: non-slip mat + towel $6, small towel $2, large towel $3
The HAUS has a small retail boutique with clothing, yoga equipment, apothecary, food and drinks for purchase.
