    In Part One, you will learn about activation, relaxation and all things musculoskeletal.

    In Part Two we take a closer look at connective tissue and its role in allowing (or restricting) movement, the nervous system, breath, and the many benefits of yoga practice.

    This is not a certification, however, teachers can use workshop hours towards their CE requirement with Yoga Alliance. This is a lecture-based workshop including light movement to reinforce your learning. A printed guide will be provided for you to take notes, please dress comfortably and bring a notebook & pen along with your yoga mat.

    Under the dark and tender sky of the new moon, we return inward — to rest, to listen, to begin again.


    This 90-minute Restorative Yoga experience invites you into a gentle space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. A time to pause, honor and reflect on how far you’ve come; and set intentions for what you wish to call in for the next lunar cycle.

    Sink into soft, deeply restful postures as Marcella Simien envelopes you in live ethereal soundscapes through vocalizations, harmonium, acoustic guitar and other meditative tones. Creating an aural tapestry of healing and renewal.

    Bring yourself and your mat. It's optional, but encouraged to bring a water bottle, a journal and writing utensil — and let this evening be a soothing reset for body, mind, and spirit. A moment to breathe, release, and welcome new energy under the quiet glow of the new moon.
